Drawing on her extensive experience practicing human rights, labour and employment law, Mihad Fahmy is also pleased to offer practical consulting services to a wide spectrum of organizations, from not-for profits, to employers of all size, to unions and charitable organizations. One thing all of these organizations share is their legal obligations to their members, employees and volunteers under the Human Rights Code and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
